This is a very old, beautiful quilt, flawed with those brown stains and tiny spots that affect practically all the swatches of white fabric. The makers used a lot of different feed sack scraps for the swatches, and some of them have novelty prints. The one with girl faces as flowers is particularly attractive, and that fabric was used for several swatches. Bunnies, and what seems to be farmers. The fabric used for the backing is also off-white going cream already, but no spotting in it. 4 sides are scalloped. The quilt has 100% cotton batting, medium weight. It measures approximately 85″ by 74″ across.
